Fitness Programs & Classes

The City of Ferguson offers a variety of fitness programs for all. Below is a list of our current programs. For more information on these or future programs please see our current brochure. Even if a fitness class has started, it may not be to late to get involved. We do occasionally pro-rate classes for late registrations if space is available, contact us today for more information.

All fitness classes are held at the Wellspring Church Facility, 33 S. Florissant Rd., unless otherwise noted.

Fitness Class Punch Cards
With a busy schedule it is often difficult to maintain your exercise schedule. In order to provide you more flexibility with your favorite workout class we will begin to offer a 6 or 8 lesson punch card (depending on the class) for each of our four exercise classes starting February 1st, 2014. No longer will you be told when to go to your exercise classes, just purchase a punch card and bring it to class. Once you complete 6 or 8 classes come in and get another card, it’s that simple. If you can’t make a class no big deal, just come to the next one.
These cards will be available for purchase on February 1st, 2014. For more information, or to purchase a punch card to your favorite class, call the recreation office at (314) 521-4661.
