The City Council holds its regular meetings in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m., on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. When Tuesday is a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held at such time as may be provided by the council. During the months of July and August, the City Council meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month. The council may, by motion, dispense with any regular meeting, but at least one (1) meeting must be held in each calendar month.
