Fitness Classes
Along with our Fitness Center at the Ferguson Community Center, we also offer a wide variety of group fitness classes taught by certified professional instructors.
Walk This Weigh Boot Camp | |
Calisthenics/Cardio/Body weight and hand held weights are used to target major muscle groups. Format and routine change weekly to increase challenge. Instructor acts as a coach to ensure proper technique and alignment. | |

Beginner Yoga | |
This yoga class is designed to meet the needs of those who are new to yoga and are perfect for any fitness and activity level!
