Do you currently hold or are you interested in obtaining a City of Ferguson Liquor License?
TO: All Liquor Licensees and Applicants for License (July 1, 2018-June 30, 2019)
Please
review the following carefully as some of the processes may have changed.
If you currently hold a City of Ferguson liquor license it will expire on June 30, 2018. If you are interested in being licensed for the upcoming year beginning July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, you are required to submit a completed Liquor License Application, ensuring that all signatures have been notarized where indicated, and include ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION. Copies of the following are required: State of
Missouri License, St. Louis County License, Proof of Voter Registration, No Tax
Due Verification, Paid Personal Property Tax Verification, Exterior Inspection,
Inventory List (dependent on license type).
Liquor License Application
You must be in full
compliance with all requirements including the Commercial Exterior Appearance
Code, issued by the Department of Planning. For more information, the City’s Ordinances pertaining to alcoholic
beverages may be found on our website, www.fergusoncity.com.
You are encouraged to submit your application, documentations and necessary payments to the City Clerk as soon as possible but not later than May 25, 2018 to ensure that your application is included for consideration of approval by the Ferguson City Council at its June meeting.
LATE
AND/OR INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS MAY BE RETURNED AND MAY CAUSE DELAYS IN
PROCESSING.
