Mrs. Lipka was raised in Ferguson and now raises her family in Ferguson.  She is a product of Ferguson-Florissant school district and Stephen's College.  She is a business owner of 25 years and very active in the community.  She created a foundation with the school district in memory of her daughter and since 2008 has been giving scholarships to students to assist in the cost of attending college.  She is passionate about her community and is determined to assist this community in strengthening it's loving bonds with one another.
