The Housing and Neighborhood Resource Center focuses on generating housing demand in Ferguson by adding value and working to raise the bar of property value. City staff works proactively with neighborhoods to prioritize their needs and establish action plans to address them by:
- Assisting neighborhoods in forming resident organizations
- Working with the neighborhood groups to implement measures to improve their aesthetic quality and promote safety and livability
