The Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the city government and has jurisdiction over all cases involving violations of the provisions of the Ferguson Charter, Code, and other Ordinances of the city.

Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Payment Window closes at 4:30 p.m. Payment Window will close at 3:30 p.m. on Mondays when court is in session. Payments can also be made online at www.trafficpayment.com.
The court is presided over by the municipal judge who is appointed by the City Council on the nomination of the city manager for a term of two years. Cases handled by the municipal court consist primarily of:
