Most municipalities in St. Louis County receive an annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds that can be used for a variety of different public services. Not all municipalities allocate their CDBG funds to the Home Improvement Program. Ferguson is one that does not allocate CDBG Funds to this program through the County.
If Ferguson City Council decides to allocate CDBG Funds to the County program in the future, you can find information on the program here: https://www.stlouisco.com/Property-and-Roads/Community-Development/Home-Improvement-Program
