1. Do you have grant money for home repairs?

The City of Ferguson does not offer grant funds or loans for home repairs. 

Please visit your local bank or contact a local housing organization on our Housing Resource List for information about any home improvement loans they may have available. 

2. Are there financial resources for purchasing a home?

Yes. Ferguson Neighborhood Improvement Program has the Good Neighbor Program that offers qualified applicants a $2,500 forgivable loan. See the details here

3. Why does Ferguson NOT participate in the STL County Home Improvement Program?

Most municipalities in St. Louis County receive an annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds that can be used for a variety of different public services. Not all municipalities allocate their CDBG funds to the Home Improvement Program. Ferguson is one that does not allocate CDBG Funds to this program through the County.
