Fran Griffin is a dedicated public servant who has lived in Ferguson's 3rd Ward since 2005. Her community advocacy includes serving as the Vice President of SE Ferguson Community Association. She sits on both the Facilitation and Municipal Codes and Ordinance Subcommittees for the Neighborhood Policing Steering Committee (NPSC), a community group responsible for providing input on Ferguson's Policy Revisions required under the Consent Decree. Fran is a Member of Ferguson Collaborative and a 2019 Cohort of the Neighborhood Leadership Fellows. As Ferguson's 3rd Ward Councilwoman and representative council for the Planning Commission, she also serves on the Steering Committee for the Comprehensive Master Plan, which serves as a tool which will guide the City’s decision making and development over the next 20+ years, to the year 2040 which includes a focus on racial equity.
