This twice-a-week exercise program is for adults who may be just starting an exercise program, or someone who has some physical problem which prevents them from doing impact aerobics. The program is excellent for active adults who need an alternative exercise in their normal fitness program. The class will concentrate on continuous movement in the development of total fitness. The water environment is very beneficial since the participants are able to exercise, lose weight, tone up and relax without the stiff and sore muscles associated with many exercise programs. Exercise will be conducted in the shallow end of the pool. No swimming experience is required.
