Dear Ferguson Community,
The next quarterly status hearing in US v. City of Ferguson has been set for Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 10:00am CT. This hearing will be held in-person in Courtroom 14-South. The hearing will be held in open court and the public is welcome to attend. Any member of the public who wishes to speak at the hearing may do so by registering at Courtroom 14-South between 9:30 a.m. and 9:50 a.m. on the day of the hearing. Statements by members of the public will be taken in the order individuals sign up and will be limited to five minutes per person. All persons who address the Court must speak from the lectern, state their name, and direct their comments to the Court.
