The city is accepting proposals for municipal prosecutorial services until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 14, 2011. Interested candidates should contact the Office of the City Clerk at 314-524-5152 to obtain a copy of the Request for Proposal.
Applicants must be a member in good standing with the Missouri State Bar, have at least eight (8) years’ experience in the practice of law, substantial knowledge of police procedures, city jurisdiction and authority in the regulation of conduct, activities, property conditions, and other matters relating to the public health, safety and welfare, and experience in the prosecution of state or ordinance violations.
