Public Hearing- November 13, 2012, 7:00 p.m.- Petition to Add Real Property to the North County Festival/Square Community Improvement District

Please be advised that on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ferguson City Hall, 110 Church Street, Ferguson, Missouri 63135, the City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a Petition to Add Real Property to the North County Festival/Square Community Improvement District (the “Petition”) pursuant to the Community Improvement District Act, Sections 67.1401 to 67.1571 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended. Petitioner seeks to add approximately one acre of real property to the North County Festival/Square Community Improvement District (the “District”) thereby altering the boundaries of the District to include certain additional real property. All interested persons may attend and be heard.

Below are the legal description and map of the proposed new boundaries of the District, as amended. The District, as amended, will consist of approximately 23.67 acres of real property and is generally located on both sides of West Florissant Avenue, all within the city limits of Ferguson, Missouri.
The Petition is available for review at the office of the City Clerk, Ferguson City Hall, 110 Church Street, Ferguson, Missouri 63135, during regular business hours on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Legal Description of Community Improvement District

Parcel 1:
Lots B, 6 and 7 of Black Oaks Plat One recorded in Plat Book 75 page 15 in the St. Louis County Recorder's Office.
Parcel 2:
