Public Hearing- April 16, 2013 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of the adoption of the Form-Based Zoning Code which amends Chapter 49 relative to the downtown zoning districts.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 49 Zoning, of the City of Ferguson, Missouri, notice is hereby given by the Council of the City of Ferguson that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Ferguson City Hall, 110 Church Street. Said hearing will be for the purpose of the adoption of the Form Based Zoning Code, which amends Chapter 49 by removing verbiage pertaining to DB-1 & DB-2 zoning districts from several Sections of the code, replaces Section 15, DB-1 zoning district & eliminates Section 16, DB-2 zoning district, enacting new DT Zoning Districts, and revisions to the Zoning Map reflecting said changes and certain properties near Downtown in the R1-D, R-4, and C-1 zoning districts.
Copies of said proposal are on file in the office of the City Clerk, at 110 Church Street, Ferguson, Missouri, and are available for public review in that office during the normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at that meeting.
