The City of Ferguson is soliciting proposals from developers, builders, real estate companies, and business owners (hereinafter referred to as “developers”) who may be interested in purchasing and developing properties within the South Florissant Road Redevelopment Project Area (referred to as “Project Area”) in the City of Ferguson.
Prospective developers are invited to attend a pre-submittal informational meeting on Tuesday,
April 23, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Ferguson City Hall, 110 Church Street, Ferguson, Missouri (RSVP’s are requested). At that time City staff will answer questions about the project area and provide a tour of the site. Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Thursday, June 13, 2013.
