City Hall will be closed to the public on January 2 and January 3, 2014 for customer service improvements.
City Hall will be undergoing a slight transformation after the first of the year in order to improve customer service and make it easier for visitors to conduct business. The Department of Public Works will be relocating into the main City Hall building, directly adjacent to the Finance Department. This will allow residents and business owners to accomplish all of their needs without walking in and out of the building multiple times, as is the case now.
In order to accomodate this move, City Hall will be closed to the public on Thursday, January 2nd and Friday, January 3rd. The building will reopen to the public on Monday, January 6th. City operations at all other City offices will be unaffected and the departments will be open their regular hours. If you have any questions, please call 314-521-7721.
