The Council of the City of Ferguson will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 27 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Ferguson City Hall, 110 Church Street for the purpose of transferring Special Use Permit 88-105.
In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 49 Zoning, of the City of Ferguson, Missouri, notice is hereby given by the Council of the City of Ferguson that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the Ferguson City Hall, 110 Church Street. Said hearing will be for the purpose of transferring Special Use Permit numbered 88-105 to Daryl Stillman (of Stillman Brothers Automotive LLC.) with no changes in the stipulations and conditions relative to the operation of the Meineke Car Care located at 10617 New Halls Ferry Rd.
Copies of the proposal are on file in the office of the City Clerk, at 110 Church Street, Ferguson, Missouri, and are available for public review in that office during the normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at that meeting.
