[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing- Special Use Permit Application 9100 West Florissant

In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 49 Zoning, of the City of Ferguson, Missouri, notice is hereby given by the Council of the City of Ferguson that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the Ferguson City Hall, 110 Church Street. Said hearing will be for the purpose of considering a Special Use Permit to serve alcohol at an existing restaurant located at 9100 West Florissant Avenue, Suite 9120. The property is currently zoned C-1, General Commercial. Copies of the proposal are on file in the office of the City Clerk, at 110 Church Street, Ferguson, Missouri, and are available for public review in that office during the normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

All persons interested may appear and be heard at that meeting.
