(Ferguson, MO) The City of Ferguson has set up an email to answer questions concerning the recent changes in the municipal court system. The email address is FergusonCourt@fergusoncity.com and will be monitored by the Court Clerk each day.
Meanwhile, the Ferguson Municipal Court is working diligently to review the prior cases that were in warrant status and will be assigning new court dates for those cases gradually over the next few months. No court dates have been assigned at this moment.
* Notice of new court dates, as they are assigned, will be mailed to all defendants; if someone needs to submit a change of address to the Municipal Court, please submit your current address in writing by mail or email to: FergusonCourt@fergusoncity.com.
* The State Department of Revenue is currently working on canceling the driver’s licenses suspensions for the City of Ferguson; the Department has informed the city that it will take a few weeks in order for the process to be completed.
* The State is also currently working on canceling the warrants issued prior to December 31, 2014, by the Ferguson Municipal Court.
