Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be conducted to determine the revocation of the liquor license issued to the Ferguson Market at 9101 W. Florissant Road.

Location: Municipal Court Chambers, 222 S. Florissant Road
Citizens interested in providing a sworn testimony should sign up with the City Hall receptionist no later than close of business on Monday, September 18th. Anyone who can't attend the hearing but who wants to give sworn testimony can stop by City Hall and ask the receptionist for an affidavit form to fill out and submit prior to close of business on Monday, September 18th. Said affidavit must be signed and notarized to be considered. Anyone wishing to submit evidence shall present said evidence to the City Manager's Office by close of business on Friday, September 15th. Please note: anyone wishing to testify at the hearing will have to do so under oath; a court reporter will be present.
