[ARCHIVED] Changes to your Trash Services

A message from Republic Services.

Non seniors:  temporary containers for bulk and yw

Effective Monday, April 6th and until further notice:

  • Trash material must be contained within your trash container.  Material left outside of the container will not be serviced.
  • Curbside yard waste and bulk waste programs are suspended for residents of the City of Ferguson, with the exception of the Seniors enrolled in the senior discount program.  If you have a bulk item scheduled on or after 4/6, it has been canceled, with the exception of the Seniors.
  • In lieu of curbside yard waste collection during this suspension, a temporary yard waste drop off event will be held on Friday, April 10th at Forestwood Park.  Residents can bring yard waste material to this event and dispose into containers.
  • In lieu of curbside bulk collection during this suspension, a temporary bulk drop off event will be held on Saturday, April 25th from 8am-1pm at Forestwood Park.  Residents can bring bulk items to this event and dispose into containers.
  • Please visit fergusoncity.com for details about the events.

The recent surge in residential waste and the unique challenges we face require us to make temporary changes to our services.

We’re working hard to serve you with minimal disruption and keep our drivers as safe as possible.  We appreciate your cooperation, thank you
