Starting on March 21, any registered voter in St. Louis County may begin voting for the April municipal elections.
The Confluence Scholars Strategy Network has provided a video about the "Vote Anywhere Process" in St. Louis County that allows all registered voters in the county to vote at UMSL or any other voting location. UMSL is one of the polling places (MSC-3rd floor Quiet Lounge) for the April 2 municipal elections. This may be a convenient voting location during the early voting period for those who want to avoid lines on Election Day (April 2).
