1. Where do I go to get an occupancy permit?

The Public Works Office located on the west end of City Hall issues occupancy permits.

You must contact the Zoning Administrator/Building Commissioner in the Planning and Development Department at (314) 524-5257 with the address and the specific description of the activity that will be conducted at that location.

3. Do you have grant money for home repairs?

The City of Ferguson does not offer grant funds or loans for home repairs. Please visit your local bank for information about any home improvement loans they may have available.
