LeRoy Thompson was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, LeRoy was educated through the St. Louis Public School System. After serving four years in the United States Air Force, he moved to Ferguson in 1997, where he has proudly made his home with his wife Vickie ever since. LeRoy holds both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Human Resources, both from Webster University. For more than 30 years, LeRoy has worked in the field of Human Resources, his focus has always been on people, fairness, and opportunities for growth. LeRoy’s roots in St. Louis and his long-term commitment to Ferguson have shaped his dedication to both service and community.
