Annual Reporting

This webpage will feature an annual report detailing the activities of the Ferguson Police Department (FPD) and Ferguson Municipal Court within 60 days following the end of each year. This report aims to provide transparency to the public regarding law enforcement achievements, challenges, and initiatives undertaken by the city. It will cover various aspects including community engagement, disparate impact analysis, data on voluntary contacts, stops, searches, and arrests, as well as analyses of First Amendment-protected activities and use-of-force incidents. Additionally, the report will highlight the activities of specialized units like the Crisis Intervention Team as well as efforts in officer assistance and recruitment. Misconduct complaint data, court operation data, and achievements of various city boards and commissions will also be included. The webpage will serve as a platform to promote transparency and accountability while addressing the ongoing needs of the city's law enforcement and judicial systems.
