Entry of Appearance / Discovery Request / Request for Recommendation

  • Mail your entry of appearance and request for discovery to: City of Ferguson Prosecuting Attorney, Attention: Christian Roberts, 110 Church Street, Ferguson, MO 63135
  • Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope for discovery. Reports will be mailed if a sufficiently sized, self-address envelope, with proper postage is provided.
  • Please note that requests for recommendations mailed to the Court will not be processed by the Court. It is your responsibility to ensure that an entry of appearance is filed with the Court and a separate entry and request for recommendation are mailed to the Prosecutor, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
